Specificité: Detects a ~73 kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsc70 on SDSPAGE immunoblots, in samples from human, mouse, rat, bovine, canine, chicken, guinea pig, hamster, monkey, pig, rabbit, sheep and turtle origins. This antibody has been shown to be highly specific for Hsc70 under both native and denaturing conditions and will not react with the inducible Hsp70 (hsp72).

Immunogène: Hsc70 was purified from sodium arsenite treated heat-resistant variants of Chinese hamster cells.
